My download seems to be capped at around 2.5 MB/s on both the Blizzard App and on Steam, though not on Origin where I’m able to download at around 12 MB/s.
I don’t have the download speed capped in settings, what could be causing this?

Same here, i’ve been doing a ton of speedtests. All of my tests were 300 mbps+. As for my steam, still high download speeds. I’ve only been seeing troubles on my Battle.net Launcher. I live in the Middle East, maybe this might have anything to do about it? Please reply as soon as possible.
