Cant remove the authenticator "need info"

I’ve lost my phone which I had the authenticator on it , I’ve messaged the support to remove it with my country ID provided. Since I’m from an Arabic country so the ID Is in Arabic , the support replied " I’m afraid we’re unable to verify the ID provided. If you can, please reply and provide a different ID, such as a passport, in English. " I replied that I have no ID with such requirements , so what should I do to remove the authenticator .
