Can't re-Install battle.net app BLZBNTBTS00000029

My Problems started yesterday when I was unable to play CoD because the Game reported that it needs to update in order to start. Since there was no update, i re-installed the game several times without success. As a last try, i deinstalled the battle.net app, cleared all the traces of the app but since i am unable to reinstall it due to an BLZBNTBTS00000029 Error.

The hosts of the patchserver can be resolved from my machine (using WinMRT) . I have no idea what to do anymore

Hey, Adromir! This error is typically a problem with connecting to the patch servers. Does the problem persist on an alternative connection or VPN?

You mentioned that the WinMTR test seems to be going through. Could you provide the connection test for us to take a look? Gather a WinMTR test to the IP address/host: eu.patch.battle.net running for 5-10 minutes. Copy and paste the text file created and paste it between two ~~~ like so:

I already tried different connections (i am fortunate two have two different internet providers) and it didnt do a thing. I already deinstalled my firewall tools and reset my windows firewall rules.

Hey, Adromir! Appreciate the details and the WinMTR tests! The connection tests here appear fine and should be connecting to the patch servers. There’s a few things in mind that may help or workaround the issue.

Hopefully, one of those will help workaround the issue. If the problem continues, this might be too complex to address on the forums and we’ll need to dig into this a bit further. Could you contact our technical support team with the system files? Please do not post the MSINFO file on the forums

After I tested to install battle.net on my Laptop and it worked, i figured there must be something fundamentally broken with my Computer. After reinstalling Windows everything was runnning fine again. Thanks for your Help
