I’m having the same issue. But your assumption wrong . It’s not blizzard blocking the IP address or anything like that. Local routers have censorship i them. It’s not blizzard not letting you in . it’s china IPs not letting you out. Similar to final fantasy online you have to find a way around your router protocols
