I have not had an active Cell phone plan in years, I have a phone that I use and carry with me for if I have Wi-Fi just so I can watch YouTube or get on other social media apps, but I don’t have an active phone plan and really don’t plan on having one either. I would really enjoy playing some of the games such as the new warzone 2 and give it a try but I don’t know how to play without an active phone. The requirement for people to have an authenticator on their account in the first place is really stupid it should simply be a choice, I have played World of Warcraft since Vanilla and not once had issues with my accounts and never once put an authenticator on my account. I would really like to see this changed, I don’t really see this requirement being a good thing, I’m sure there are plenty others that have the same issue…

Same boat as you. Bliz not allowing people to use a standard authenticator like Athy or Google Authenticator is moronic.
