Cant Match up in battlegrounds

It’s been 2 weeks since I was last able to match up in Battlegrounds.
Battleground is my favorite part of the game.

I spent $80k USD on the game, almost maxed my resonance, and I am assuming either my MMR is too high, or other attributes in my account prevent me from finding any matches.

Please make it top priority to fix this, worst case just reset my MMR - thank you!
