Can't login to account due to multiple problems

I’ve recently changed phones, so I don’t have access to my old number, nor authenticator. When I try to remove my authenticator, or update my number, I have 3 options. Receving a code by SMS, verifying through the authenticator, or sending an email and verifying it’s me with a secret question. I’m able to receive the code sent to my email, but the secret questions I’ve tried have not worked. I don’t know if I entered something else as the answer, or what. If there’s anything I can do to prove that I’m the owner of the account, trying to remove the authenticator and updating the number, please let me know about it and I’ll get right to it.
