So im here because ive been directed here via a ticket,
this has been happening since 2023 when the Authenticator App merged with the Moblie BNet App,
ive reported more times then i care, but still no results so im trying again.
i cant login to the app when i have my authenticator attached…. and its VERY annoying
I open the app,
I login,
I get asked to login again,
This time im asked to authi,
So i do,
I THEN get directed to my battlenet account as if i was viewing it on say a browser.
i deatch my authi and bingo i can login and the app works as its ment to, i reattach and BOOM back to square one
my App has been deleted and phone turned off more times then youve heard “you are not prepared”, ive recently had a new device and that still hasnt changed anything, everything is uptodate
