Every time I try to log in I get the error code blzbntbna00000a8d.
I’ve tried everything they have suggested but its still not working.
Has anyone else had this issue?

That blzbntbna00000a8d error when logging in can be a confusing one as it’s typically a connection problem caused by interfering programs or network/ISP issues. We’ve also seen it occur with players in the United Kingdom in respect to the Age Appropriate Design Code changes that went into effect. Typically players affected by this just need to log into their account management page and go to the Privacy & Communications area to check if any changes are needed. Ensuring there is a birthday associated with the account can also help and is usually prompted for the first time a player logs into this area if one isn’t already set. Parental controls can also play a roll, so checking them if they’re attached can also help.
