I have tried everything listed in the help page to reattach my authenticator through the mobile app on an android phone, but once I get past the code that gets sent to my phone, there is no serial number or restore code. Each time it says “oops something went wrong”. Uninstalling and reinstalling the app doesn’t help, nor does removing files.
My authenticator stopped working one night when i switched computers. I deleted the app, deleted the cache and data from said app, reinstalled the app, tried reattaching the authenticator through the website and the app itself and all I get is “invalid code”
I’m on my third ticket with their useless, abysmal customer service. No wonder all my friends quit the game.
