I’m trying to go through the process to move my authenticator over to my new phone but run into an “Unknown” error when I put in my email, serial, and restore code.
I have tried resetting the app on my new phone, reinstalling it and logging out/back in
I also have had the authenticator issue, but this one was weird: On Redmi Note 8 Pro I had that warning screen that app was depleted since 2024. That warning screen could easily be removed by clicking “X” button in the upper left screen corner, then another I understood/dismissal confirmation and I could approach ZZZ screen with code wheel. OK.
Now, same warning screen on Samsung A52 5G did not have an “X” button, so I could not get to the app itself. I tried everything, resizing zooming, still “X” is gone for Samsung phone. So I had to uninstall and remove it completely from account.
Same here. I woke up today to a whole logged out battle net desktop app. Tried to relog, needed battle net mobile app confirmation, which was logged out too. Tried to change pass, same issue. Tried to log in into battle net mobile app, same issue, cause it needs confirmation from the app I’m actually trying to log in… and I have been in that loop for 4 hours now
