so right now I am making this form on a alt account because when I tried to log into my main account on battle net it my email would not work. I went onto account recovery to find my email out but it needs a phone number. When I made the account I never linked a phone number so I could not recover the email. In most cases, the wrong account is being logged into. If you are absolutely certain this is not the case, you’d need to file a private ticket for account recovery.
