Cannot exchange emblems in Dalaran Sewers

Since the 3.4.1 update I am no longer able to exchange emblems in the Dalaran Sewers. Everytime I try to get an emblem of heroism from an emblem of Valor I get the following error.
Interface_TBC/MerchantFrame.lua error

This happens even with ALL addons disabled.

Also FYI, I am using an english client on the TW server

Hello, Iā€™m just doing this to log a character into warcraft logs, hope it works out.

For those that need a work around, you can run the following macro to buy emblems of heroism until the devs fix the bug
/run BuyMerchantItem(1,x) x = number of emblems you want to exchange
