I started the Diablo II Resurrected Beta on the PlayStation 4 but it won’t connect to Battle.net. My main issue is being unable to give feedback on my experience, if there’s somewhere I can go to fill out a survey then I could quit the beta now.

The D2R beta has a set of forums including a feedback forum. You can use those for anything you need to communicate to the developers.
