Cannot connect through Battle.net EU

Hello. I havent been able to connect trought battle.net EU from this morning. I can connect trough "America" or "Asia" but the problem is i am unable to play with my friends. I am from Slovenia "Europe". Im giving you the following information in hope to clear this up.

I’m also from Slovenia and i have the same problem

For the past 2 days I can’t access my battlenet account as well. I’m in the EU region. My internet works normal for all other applications except battlenet app or any Blizzard web page. As far as I understand as a (generic) response to the DDoS attacks they blacklisted a whole bunch of ISPs in EU and Asia region so you can’t access anything without a VPN and of course they won’t openly say “we are blocking our own customers out of the service they paid for because we are incompatent”

I’m also from Slovenia and have this problem. From i can gather the trouble seems to be only on Telekom Slovenija. From the traceroot i see you are also using Telekom. My friends are using a different internet provider and don’t have any problems. I guess we have to contact Telekom support.
