Hey there, customer support told me file a bug report here. I tried to claim the final reward (2x legendary crests), but had a lag (was on mobile) and now the right reward screen does not show anything. It is just empty. I only got the standard rewards (Tourmaline and rare crest). I have a screenshot of this, too.
How can I claim something that I actually paid for? I will stop spending any money on this game until this gets resolved.
