It would appear as if Blizzard support has little interest in resolving my issue, hope you can help.
I have been playing Diablo Immortal successfully for a whole now on my PC and whiteout explanation I could not get beyond the screen giving me access to my characters. After much discussion with Blizzard support we established the following:
- I cannot access my characters on my PC or my Android phone, neither can my son who is in a different city,
- I can access the game when playing as a guest,
- I did access my account for a short time on my Android phone once technical support had “run some tools” on my account but after a short while it locked again.
Does any have any suggestions?
