Cancel 'automated request'

I just saw I have an active support ticket “Submitted automated request for Remove my Battle.net Account and game data” status Processing. And wait…what?!? LOL Can you not? I found someone had the same exact issue as me who got help here, but the topic was closed.

Check the date on the ticket. Sometimes this happens when you visit the page to remove data.

It says Status: Processing. Last update 2 years ago.

Leviathan answered the other thread from someone with my issue but I cannot link it here. “There was an issue some time back when tickets would get stuck and not clear out. The issue was fixed a while ago, however, any stuck tickets need to be manually cleared out. I passed this thread onto CS so hopefully they can get those stuck tickets cleared out for you.”

I don’t contact support often so I never noticed it so how can I remove it?

You can request CS to clear it out, which will take a bit.
