This is the error code. I tried everything on that list:
- I reseted my network
- used lan instead of wlan
- driver for gpu aswell as OS are updated
- closed all other programms
- temporarily deactivated all security programs
- restarted my pc and checked for updates
There is no isp throttling, since steam games and neflix work just fine
my band width is 200k ~ 2mb/s that should be more than enaugh to install battle net
I need help here since i am out of options.
