Can’t get extra bag slots for setting up authenticator

I also can’t get into mythic groups because of this bug please help me

To get the extra bag slots on your account you need to meet TWO requirements.

  • Attach the Blizzard Authenticator to your account for secondary security.
  • Set up your phone number for SMS messaging for security. This is also now required when setting up the Authenticator.

Note you can only associate a phone number with one Battlenet account, and it has to be a real number, not VOIP. It also must match the country you live in as per your address on your account.

What error do you get when trying to join Mythics? If you mean you can’t set up custom group titles/text then that is intentional and you will have to finish setting up the security on the account.

That won’t help for this. This is most likely an issue with the user not setting up all the requirements.

This part. I am so lost here. This is ridiculously complicated.

I am also having issue setting up my authenticator and everytime i try to contact blizzard i get sent in a freakin loop through auto generated get help pages but never actually lets me create a ticket. so frustrating
