One of the first quests, talk to the blacksmith, I salvaged all my gear to try and finish this but it still stuck at 52%…am all out of gear and can’t go out to kill movs to salvage new stuff to finish this so I can move on to playing the game.

My character also can’t advance the intro quest with the objective “Talk to the Blacksmith.” I’ve tried relaunching, switching characters, logging out and back in (which reverts the completion percentage back to 45% from 52%). I’ve tried taking off equipment and salvaging, too. Nothing advances the quest.
