I tried putting in a ticket and I know there is a automated button, however my situation is weird at best. I wanted to play Warzone with my friends. at first i bought Cold war assuming that would allow me to play it. I was wrong so i refunded it. I bought Modern Warfare hoping that i would. Not even 15 minutes in and I suddenly had high ping search criteria and was not getting placed into a lobby. This is not a issue on my end as I am very close to servers. After further research, MY BRAND NEW ACCOUNT WAS SHADOWBANNED. May i please get a refund as I am now regretting my purchase and decision.
