Call of duty keeps crashing

5070 zotac, asus rog hero motherboard, and a ultra 7 cpu. like this shouldnt be a hardware issue in the sightist, running 1080p on 260hz monitor locked at 144.

Ok So can you please help me? For the past 2 days I’ve been trying to download Call of Duty and I keep getting Error BLZBNTAGT0000138F. Within these last 2 days I’ve uninstalled and reinstalled Battle. Net and Call of Duty, however with the game, It stops at 99% and gives me that error code. How do I fix this?
