As a f2p player of ow2 i bought a nihon genji skin with 1000 coins last season and now the price is lower and can be bought with credits. Blizzard should reimburse everyone who bought skins at higher prices.
This won’t happen for the same reason that if you bought it cheap and the price then went up, you wouldn’t want them charging you the difference.
