I came out here to find out if it was fixed too. I can’t even believe what a mess this is. It’s worse than it was before and before that. They should just put it back to the way it was on day one and it was worlds better. Is this going to remain this bad or is it just because it’s the start of the season? I thought they were supposed to match us closer with our own resonance damage etc. I’m in the battleground with people with 9K resonance and I have four k resonance.

No way theyre fixing this. Their algorithm for matchmaking is to complex. I mean it is so complex that even a 4 and above year old kid can distinguish the difference of the digits 1000 versus 4000 and beyond. Its too complex guys. Tell me im wrong blizzard. We all know this is a pay to win game. Spending in game is a choice. Therefore, this alone separates different ecosystems for whales, mid spenders, low spenders and f2p. Since you’ve already designed it this way, you should have extended the effort for making a tier system for players with certain stats and reso to compete against players with the same figures. How do you expect a kitten to win against a lion? Is that to hard to comprehend? I guess so.

Yes, exactly! I paid too. I am not a whale but I forked over several thousand dollars to get a decent account and it was decent. I actually finished 5 on my server last season and every week I’m in the top five. Now, every single battleground I go into I can’t kill one person. Literally that whale on the team is 9K or 8K and the whole team seems to be very very high resonance and then there’s me at the bottom with a little over 4K. I get one shotted over and over and over and I can’t kill one freaking person. I don’t think it’s fair that when I paid to play this game it was the way it was and I enjoyed it and it was fun and it was worth the money so I paid. They changed the rules in the middle of the game and now all that money I spent was a waste. It got me absolutely nowhere today. There has to be some recourse. There has to be a way to get a refund. I’m surprised nobody instituted a class action suit at this point. I feel like they stole my money. A bait and switch.

Too bad blizzard doesnt really care about the simple logic that there’s no way a 1k reso player can beat 4k reso above. Tier system is the only thing that fix this issue once and for all. No need to reduce player stats of whales to get mixed in the bg matchmaking. Again it is their choice to spend in game hence should be matched against their kind. If they cant get a match in bg, then they should reduce their reso themselves cause probably 2/3 of the player population are f2p and low spenders.

Blizzard diablo immortal bg still trash. Make tier system to match reso and stats. This is the most reasonable way for matchmaking. Match whales against whales and dont mix them up on low tiers!! That way theres no need to reduce player stats even for whales. Yes they spent alot and that is enough reason to match them up to their kinds. ITS THEIR CHOICE FOR SPENDING!!! Why is it so hard to do? What are you trying to prove here? Can we vote and petition for major bg change? If we get enough players to vote and agree, will you change bg then?

It’s even worse for me now. I only go in there for the rewards three times a day.
Most of the time I get tired of dying and I just stand around and move my character a little here and there so as not to get that nasty pop up. It’s certainly isn’t any fun for me at all. They will never get another dime of my money. I haven’t given them money in several months and I won’t. I feel like they changed the rules in the middle of the game and it’s no longer what I paid for. I should get a refund.

Seriously the matchmaking is getting worse every week now. Get your act together! Or at least reply to the bug reports once in a while!
