WoW displays an icon in-game if you haven’t submitted the survey after a ticket is resolved. This is fine, except the support site throws an error every time I try to submit the survey. The ticket was created through the automated system, I just clicked on a reddit link and it took me to the WC3 Reforged refund page on the support site. I don’t own Reforged if that matters, I didn’t own it before I clicked that link.
I’ve been trying daily for most of the week to submit the survey, it fails every time. If you could fix this so the in-game icon can go away, I would really appreciate it!
