Game will not launch main menu. I just get the loading screen with the music and EXTREMELY CHOPPY animation. I paid for a broken game that my PC is more than capable of running. It also tries to access the online network. I don’t want to play online. The network apparently is down all the time now as well. So I cannot play the game I just bought. The game is broken and customer service is non-existent. I just paid $59.99 for a broken game that prioritizes a mode I don’t care about and I didn’t even install the multiplayer mode. I’m done with these clowns. Blizzard can’t even deliver working software and then they take the money and run.
Blizzard is only the storefront, think of it like Steam. They have no hand in whether the game can launch or run on your computer.
