So I’ve been using a Community to keep in touch with my raid team both in and out of game. One issue I’ve noticed is…people don’t see messages unless they have the launcher up on their screen. If it’s minimized to the toolbar they wont see it flash at all. So often messages just get…lost.
A suggestion: give an option to give a small notification on the users screen of new messages in the community. Kinda like when how other launchers like Steam have a message preview pop up that you can then click to enlarge. This would make communication a LOT easier to see, imo. If possible, a version of this in-game would also be handy. While you can make a chat channel for a Community in-game a way to add a sound notification or something to messages from it would be amazing.
