Deleting Faceit also worked for me. Sh!t is dumb af.
Just got the update now. 2300 EST. Nothing changed. i still get the same error. This sucks! i did everything that i saw in youtube, but wz does not launch! i’m getting frustrated, it’s been a week since my game started getting this code.

I’m having the same issue with the open beta starting yesterday (6th September). It won’t launch from battlenet. I tried downloading the game in steam to see if that worked, but I get the same issue.
Did anyone ever hear from Activision about it?
I finally got mine fixed after 2 days!!
I uninstalled Valorant and it’s anticheat program (think it’s called riot vanguard).
Shocking from Activision as always. Happy to take our money but not interested in doing a good job.

This actually worked for me too. Been locked out since the beta last week.
dont have any riot games on my pc… still wont launch
