I deleted the previous platform and reinstalled a new one, but now when I open the platform, it either keeps loading account information or keeps updating the program in sleep mode. I waited for several hours and there is no response at all. I am very, very, very sad. wait wait wait but nothing happened
probably all men was fired. only AI is left. and AI no have idea how to fix that problem.
I am running into this issue as well. I went through the troubleshooting steps provided, reinstalled Battle.net, and I am still running into this issue. It doesn’t want to load the Home or Game tab. I can, however, see my friends’ list, what they are up to, and that to me is rather confusing.
