Hello team, I have been getting this error when attempting to log into the Battle.net Desktop App on multiple different machines running Windows 11. The problem is network and machine independent otherwise. Customer support have referred me here, because none of the troubleshooting steps listed in the support article have worked or are applicable in the first place.
The Battle.net agent log suggests an issue with the OAuth token exchange during login, which appears to be failing with an internal error. Please see an excerpt from the log below. An identical chain of events appears for all failed login attempts that trigger the error.
