There’s a series of troubleshooting steps they’d like you try and report back on if anything worked. If not, there’s a log file they’d like you to email in to help with their investigation. Feel free to add yourself to it if you like.

I have done every step i seen with no luck so i uninstalled the game and tried to reinstall it. Now it is stuck on “downloading new files” getting quite frustrated at this point.
