Hello,

I get this problem (BLZBNTBGS000003F8) every time I play COD: Warzone, usually in the first round I play after launching the game (even via the battlenet app), I launch the game, with no lag and no stutter, usually I’m around 100fps and I have a very stable internet connection around 50mbps, same thing happens with World Of Warcraft, it crashes after few minutes of playing.
Bottom line, COD Warzone and Wow crash a lot when I play (I don’t have this problem with other games that requires more internet and more power)

I tried adding battlenet to my firewall and nothing happened.

Howdy Youssef279,

We aren’t able to assist with disconnects in Call of Duty however since you are also disconnecting in WoW we can try to help pinpoint that problem. Please try the steps here and reply with a MTR test if it continues:

  1. Download WinMTR
  2. Unzip the file to your desktop
  3. Run the WinMTR as Admin
  4. Type 24.105.62.129 in “host”.
  5. Click “Start” and open the game. Let the MTR test run for at least 10 minutes to capture this issue occurring.
  6. Click “Copy text to clipboard”
  7. Type two sets of four squiggly lines and then paste the contents of the WinMTR test between: ~~~~ Paste WinMTR Test Results Here ~~~~

Note: If it’s not letting you post, break links by adding a space before .com/.net, so you can post them. You can also upload the MTR contents through Pastebin and post the link (ex: Pastebin (dot) com/123456).

Howdy Youssef279,

I’m not seeing any serious problems that would cause a disconnect in that MTR test. It’s possible that something on the computer or router may be causing the issue. In this case, try closing all other programs temporarily. You may also want to try testing another network like a mobile hotspot temporarily to compare the difference.
