Uninstalled and Reinstalled it
Did about 4 other website links from changing perms for Battle.net, deleting cache, deleting in %ProgramData%, and many more things.
I was on the game last night so just happened today been working on this last 3 hours
I think my Agent is messed up but i still dont know. i am now Agent.9124

Im experiencing this same issue now … … it just started happening today. I can’t tell you how close I am to just saying f-it and canceling my sub. So tired of this Microsoft style approach to patching . I literally get 4 updates daily. it’s just a mess and Im sick of it.
This!!! I have tried doing what it says on the support page. Tried scan and repair. Deleted a lot of battlenet folders reinstalled launcher etc. Still getting that Error. Also have the black screen o death when teleporting. Says joining voice channel and then games locks up. I disabled the voice so wtf Blizz???
