We provide internet to customers. From our office, on my laptop, I can reach/install/play Heroes of the storm. From various customer IPs I cannot, and I receive BLZBNTAGT00000841, even though I am on the same computer as an administrator, running the battle.net app as an administrator.
If I am on the customer network, I get the error. If I vpn back to the office, it works properly. If I use the office network to update the game, then switch back to the customer IPs, I can launch the game. This happens on at least 4 customer public IP addresses.
I opened a ticket with support who provided basic troubleshooting as seen in other tickets on this forum. I was told to email hacks@blizzard.com and they may be able to provide server information to confirm connectivity, but I got no response from that address.
Is there any way to get server info to verify connectivity or even a blacklist database to confirm that some of our dhcp pools are not on some kind of filter?
Thanks for any help you can provide!
