Blocking 2FA was not a smart move

If anyone changed their phone number since 2023, they would notice there is a 99% chance they cannot add their new number to battle.net. Even after several tickets, Blizzard refuses to revert their change.

That was not a good move as it means Blizzard is no longer concerned with account security and without 2FA, it is easier for accounts to be stolen.

I wonder if there is someway to make Blizzard care about security again as this is ridiculous.

((For those new to Blizzard, they implimented a change to their backend system to block pay-as-you-go phone numbers. But someone messed up big time to make it block regular phone numbers as well))

Due to the refusals to fix this eye-watering massive bug/issue over the years, it sounds like the team responsible for 2FA was fired and was not replaced.
