Blizzard, what is my banned state?

Hi, I recently was banned for apparently using “business” IP. I called my ISP spectrum and ask them about the situation. They said my IP is residential, not business. Yet I am still banned.

Can you please see what is the remaining time. Also please do something about these dubious bans.

Currently in the same situation as you. Someone made an arbitrary choice that actually wrong. How do you get them to allow you to play the game without judging your internet connection ?
