Blizzard Support is a joke

I’ve accidentally unlinked an account from my PSN to my new, current account. This new account has nothing I have earned from OW1 and I’ve lost everything I’ve purchased during OW2. Hindsight is 20/20 and I know I should have done this a long time ago, but now I can’t get them to remove the authenticator I no longer have access to in order to get everything back that I purchased. It’s been a few days-- which I honestly am not upset over-- but I’ve recieved multiple tickets all asking me to do the same. Damn. Thing. Answer these questions, we’ll get back to ya. I answer them. They respond with “Answer these questions, we’ll get back to ya.” My guy, my answers WILL. NOT. CHANGE. There HAS to be an easier way to do this, right?
