Blizzard Support has failed to help me for 2 weeks now

I asked for them to remove the authenticator that’s attached to my main account and they don’t understand what im asking for. First they reset my phone number and set the status to the ticket as “answered” without doing anything else. Just now, they reset my password for my secondary account which isn’t even remotely close to what I asked for. I am fuming. I literally just want to try out Overwatch 2. That’s all i want to do and im just not allowed to because of this godforsaken authenticator.

Im sorry to hear that you have a problem with a blizzard account.
It usually takes the support a month to give you an answer that doesnt help you at all.
after you message them back it takes them about forever to answer back.
Dont expect any response any time soon.
