Heads up regarding the Blizzard store with the big sales as of late.
ORDERS/RETURNS ARE HANDLED BY A THIRD PARTY SERVICE WHERE YOU WILL HAVE LITTLE TO NO CONTROL TO FIX OR RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.
THE CHAT HELP LINE AND EMAIL ARE ALL USELESS AND DO NOT RESOLVE ANY ISSUES.
They have essentially no way to deal with issues with your order/returns if you have an issue or a mistake is made.
The 24/7 phone line is to India and told me they could not assist in any way.
They have the return payment method auto selected to return your payment in the form of an e-gift card instead of to your original form of payment.
If you are making changes to your returns it constantly auto defaults to this gift card return method.
If you mistakenly confirm the return without realizing they switched it back to a gift card refund they claim this is irreversible.
If you call the help line it send you to India where they cannot assist in any way.
There is basically no way to get assistance with your order.
If you have to make changes you cannot.
I feel this is both unethical and also does not in line with may state laws regarding purchases and returns.
