Blizzard not replying to reset email and phone

I have had a nightmare, lost access to my email and it had a old phone number registered to it from when I was at school. I cant access my battle net now.

I have provided blizzard with the details and submitted a response to all of the questions they asked. I was able to give transaction ID’s character names, I even was able to tell them what I recently purchased with gold on one of my accounts.

My point here is I still don’t have access to my account, no reply from anyone at blizzard, no 24/7 support as they say they have, I’m paying a subscription and really I’m getting ignored.

I have submitted the ticket from the same IP i play wow on, I dont know what else to do. Someone help???
