My friend just got banned for “violating terms of use”. This is such a wide term. Blizzard needs to start putting the EXACT reasons for bans, suspentions etc. Not treating the players like trash. My friend has put hundereds is not thousants of hours into blizzard games just for Blizzared to perma ban them with 0 warning and 0 reasons. How are players suppose to figure out what they did wrong if they don’t get any reasons?
No other company gives players perma bans out of nowhere especially without warning.
While we’re on the topic of bans, let’s talk another problematic system. The reporting system is so bad. Why is there no one thats actually checking if the reports are valid or just fake/spam. The fact that its fully automated makes it easy to abuse.
Why even play blizz games if u just get spam reported a get perma banned…

They also need to fix when players have vendettas against other players so they mass report their name and are forced to name change,even though it was nothing to do with the name just players being toxic!
he also probably said the JEW word! that usually gets you a perma ban just ask me ive had 2 perma bans for calling out the JEW! also most the bans stem from not using the LFG channel correctly,anyone not looking for a group is literally violating end users terms of use. Blizz are just weak woke leftards!

You’ll never get an answer. I was told by the GMs through the ticket support system that I was “disturbingly and extremely toxic” without even a bad word to show for it. After asking more, they said it was for spam. The system doesn’t have any review other than a box to check that they told the appealer “no”.
You don’t need to say badword to be extremely toxic.
You should avoid discussing with people for your own sake.
Don’t try to socialize, some people just can’t and will never be.
