If not… don’t know. This forum is for technical support on old Blizzard games such as Diablo II: Lord of Destruction. This is really the wrong place for issues with CoD: Black Ops 4.
I think that if Activision Support knows about a particular issue with the Battle.Net App, they should be the one contacting Blizzard about it… not the players. But that’s just me.
You could try posting on the Battle.Net Desktop App forum… or its Bug Report forum:
