Yeah. I’ve done all the basic steps of uninstalling, deleting any cached items, and completely installing from scratch. Still won’t open. Blizzard Battle.net App and Blizzard Update Agent show up in task manager, but that’s it. I see others are having the same problem.

This can often happen if there’s a background program causing a conflicts, such as security software or firewalls. Make sure to add the Blizzard app as an exception and try closing all other programs while testing.
