I changed my password and then the battle.net mobile app just stopped working about a couple days ago, I thought that was normal so went to log back in to battle.net mobile app with new password. It would never connect again. Reading about some trouble shooting tips I then de-attached the battle.net mobile app from my account. I also uninstalled the mobile app and then reinstalled the mobile app. I then proceeded to set up the battle.net mobile app again. The mobile app refuses to log in/connect, I have tried to log in with google and xbox, as well as “or continue with”. I see through google the Blizzard Entertainment is recognized. When I try Xbox I get an error message - Sorry, we can’t authenticate you right now. Please try again later - it has the Get Help: BLZBNTTAS00000001, service is not available. If I just try to use username and password to log in it tries to connect forever. I have validated all wireless apps work on the mobile device, I even tried turning off VPN. nothing at all seems to work. Please help us become secure again.
