Battle.net launcher still not working, been about 7-8 weeks with no help from blizzard

BLZBNTAGT000008FC After 7-8 weeks i’ve finally managed to get the launcher to download “some” files, and now I am being given this error code…

This is an issue on the machine, not Blizzard’s server. Did you follow their support steps?

I have followed every single step on the Blizzard support site, however, I am unable to reset the registry as it does not allow me to, and as such, is the only step I am unable to take; yet the launcher still refuses to work at all.

Are you running the command prompt in admin mode?
