My husband and I both played WoW earlier today and tonight now neither of us can connect to the launcher. We’ve done every single troubleshooting tip. We have AT&T Fiber. Please help, this is crazy.
I’m in a similiar boat, I can log into battle.net via my phone and web browswer, but the launcher won’t recognize me and the game it self won’t let me log into it directly.
My partner and I are having the same issue…I can’t even connect to Diablo on my switch2…
I just had the same issue earlier today. Icon on the right side trying to log in but not being able to. After reading a couple of posts, the common denominator seems to be AT&T wifi. I’m not sure what it is, but I initially tried some trouble shooting tips I found online and they didn’t work. After reading on here about this issue and seeing how many people were saying their AT&T wifi wasn’t working, I switched to my mobile hotspot momentarily and was actually able to login to the battle net launcher. It seems for now that the solution to this issue is trying a different wifi, hotspot, or vpn 
So I’m not very computer savvy at all, if it is AT&T I can still log on to steam and play other games just not blizzard games little confused
We are in Florida, also have AT&T Fiber, and are having the same connection issue on all of our computers and mobile devices when connected through our home network. I did all of the troubleshooting for our home network and of course none of it was successful. It for sure seems like there is a routing issue somewhere.
yep has been like this all night and other apps. couldnt even open my brokerage.
AT&T had a routing outage. It seems to be resolved now. If you run into this again, be aware that Blizzard can’t make them fix it faster, so calls from their customers are the best way to push towards a solution.
Is there something we should do for the fix to take affect because mine is still down? 
I’m having the same issues. Started last night and I still can’t log in.

We have at&t and two days ago, we had an outage here in 32081 and it was all day and into the early morning. I am having these issues currently and have tried the remedies.
We also have AT&T fiber but we are all hard wired and can’t connect to battlenet, everything else works great.
Yes we’re also hardwired. I just got off the phone with AT&T fiber and they said there is a routing issue, they expect it to be fixed in the “next couple days”. Recommend using a VPN or mobile hotspot to play bliz games until then.
I still cannot log into battlenet, can connect to battlenet Europe. Can’t play any blizzard title, even warcraft 2 single player.
AT&T Fiber, hardwired, same problem. Thank you for this forum, as I started to throw my computer against the wall.
Also AT&T fiber, same problem. Started last night and continuing today. I have internet, but it won’t connect to Battle.net

Same issue here. Both of our PC will not connect. We have tried everything. Hoping Blizzard patches this
Same situation here. Also in Florida. This at least makes me feel better that it’s not just us. I’ve tried almost all the fixes. I didn’t try all of them because we have internet, everything else is working fine.
While it sucks, it helps to know I’m not crazy (this time) and we’re all having the same issues.
It has to be some sort of routing issue with AT&T like mentioned above. I lost connection mid-game yesterday afternoon around 6PM CST (Louisiana) and it’s still down this morning. I sat down and troubleshot several different things. I USB tethered/Mobile Hotspotted my phone and even that didn’t work. All the while, my internet connection was never disrupted. Twitch works, Steam works, everything else.
I checked some outage maps on several sites and it does seem to be mostly in Louisiana and Florida, with some outages further towards the west coast.
