Syshtem is clearly down. Stop trying to log-in (and overload the system) and all head off to bed. See you in the morning 
i dont know why battlenet launcher have many problems its not look like a blizzard look like indie gamers created that launcher.

Same here, resetted router, renewed IP, cleared DNS cache, reinstalled battle.net app (twice), tried logging in with another account, my internet connection works fine, no conflicts with security programs (also tried running it as admin), closed all other applications, all my drivers and stuff are updated - aaaand then I came here and I am kind of relieved that the issue is not on my part because I could not resolve the issue myself.
Down for me too, 80000011 on launcher login - offline, and also "you have been disconnected message everytime i try to login inta wow with exe only.
Good think i don’t payed the game, i pay 12 euros a month, and i can’t play in weekends. Good job Blizzard.

Yeah it seems to be if you get kicked out then you can’t get back in but, if you are still in a game its working fine.
I have the same problem. Hope it wont last long.
any tips how I can play starcraft 2 single campaign without logging in to battle.net? Or nowadays it’s not possible anymore?
