My acct was hacked, terrible things were said and I was permanently banned. I took the steps to correct the access issue, all new passwords, the whole nine yards. And yet, nothing can overturn the decision. Which is wild considering the current state of the game anyways! And instead of looking into the matter it’s oh “the reasons are valid and upheld” covered by a blanket statement of “You’re responsible for the actions of your account” which in theory yes, I agree. However circumstances like having a hack do not need to be so black and white. This is lazy, and disappointing as a fan of the game. I was actually banned on my OW account because I violated WOW (which I’ve literally NEVER played even a second of) user agreement. NOT A JOKE. I’m exhausted trying to fix this and what’s worse is the fact I won’t even be refunded for the money I’ve already spent on this game! The devs have openly admitted OW2 was a mistake based on community engagement and critics, so even if I had done what was accused, permanently banned when the ability to just silence exists is utterly nonsense.

Did you put in a “compromised account” ticket, as it says here: Account Hacked
If not, that’s the only way to go to retrieve your account.
