Battle.net just stopped working out of the blue. I’m on windows, tried every solution I could find, including updating all drivers, checking security settings, clearing all the cache and deleting all the folders etc. Ultimately I tried to uninstall Battle.net (couldn’t even uninstall it with the uninstall app, had to delete it manually), hoping this would fix the problem. However I can’t even install battle.net now, it keep getting stuck at 25% with the update agent.

Anyone experienced the same?

Thanks, your post is very detailed! I think I have the same issue as you did - I’ve also tried resetting the WMI repository before, didn’t work for me either unfortunately.

Before I deleted everything, there was one time the battle.net seems to work for no reason (I didn’t do anything but restarted my PC multiple times), however when I launch Overwatch the game simply fail to connect to any server. Worth noting it worked once magically out of hundred times of restarting my PC, and I could never replicate this again ever since.

hi guys, has anyone managed to figure out how to get this working again?

its beyond infuriating, ive spent hours trying to install, delete, clear and restart across the board on all troubleshooting methods found online and nothing at all is working.

for me battle.net worked completely fine until about a few days ago randomly wouldnt load properly until it stopped loading completely prompting me to uninstall thinking i could just simply reinstall and have it working.

I don’t understand wtf the problem is and I don’t know what I’m paying a subscription for since i cant access what I’m paying for.

to note, my installation much like yours jumps immediately to 25% and stops there forever.
